Bring a pan of salted water to the boil and reduce to a gentle simmer. Add a knob of butter to the bottom of your egg poacher and simply hook on the edge of the pan ensuring the bottom of the poacher is below water level and poach your egg to perfection. The non stick finish ensures your egg will glide smoothly onto your toast every time.
