it all started in 1992 with a tiny shop in Broadway in Worcestershire.......

In the early years after opening the store, we offered a select range of gifts and housewares from our compact premises.
Then in 1998 the business and site underwent a metamorphosis with the addition of a fabulous new vaulted extension and lots of warehouse space to support the business.
Our merchandise took on a more contemporary edge and Cotswold Trading reopened for business that summer.
The shop now offers a one stop destination for both gift and household must-haves and is a magnet for locals and visitors alike.
Constant requests for purchases to be shipped around the UK and all over the world has brought about the launch of cotswoldtrading.com our brilliant new on line shop.

| 2007 has seen us scoop the prestigous title of Independent Gift Retailer of the Year -- Midlands and the North. Members of our team attended a gala awards ceremony at a swanky London hotel to pick up their trophy.
Over a 1000 stores entered the competition and naturally we are very pleased with our top award given for achieving the highest quality product range, product knowledge and reliability of customer service.
