Founded in 1982 by Andrew Tinnion to provide work for a local tannery, Fenland was a local family run business. Reinvented in 2011, the Fenland Sheepskin brand was bought by Birmingham-based FLS Ltd and over the last 10 years the brand has been developed. Its manufacturing processes have been improved whilst retaining its heritage and core values. Ethical sheepskins are now sourced from Australia, New Zealand, Spain and the UK.

The business supports eco-friendly practices using eco-tanning, a process which uses 67% less chemicals, 30% less water and all chemicals used are fully recyclable.
