Hibernate with in the forest, in the home, and in cosy bliss with this Skandinavisk HIBERNATE Mini Candle Giftset, containing 3 mini scented candles of Swedish rapeseed wax and FSC-certified beechwood lids. The new, improved FSC-certified box is designed to be reused after the candles have been removed.

SKOG - Swedish/Norwegian for ‘forest’: Boreal forests cover over half the Scandinavian lands, stretching from the southernmost county of Sweden to the Arctic Circle.

KOTO - Old Finnish for ‘home’: Home, hjem, hem. A sanctuary from the rugged Nordic climate, an intimate space to hibernate and refresh the soul.

HYGGE - Danish for ‘cosiness’: A word with no direct translation but with infinite meaning, and a reflection of the Scandinavian art of creating intimacy, fellowship and cosiness in the smallest everyday moments. 

Directions for use: Recommended burn time for no longer than 3 hours at a time, or until the melt pool reaches the glass edge. Let the wax cool and trim the wick to 0.5cm before relighting. Always leave 0.5cm of unmolten wax at the base of the candle to prevent prolonged exposure of direct heat to the glass and surface below. Wooden lids are designed to be used as a base for the lit candle to help protect from sensitive surfaces, and as a snuffer to extinguish the flame. Wash and reuse the glass for tealights or storage, or sort and recycle after use.
