Inspired by long summers on the Cornish coast and a desire for conscious, responsible living, Liga have developed the GROW collection. Discover the Cork Just Breathe Yoga Block which is an ideal piece of equipment for your home yoga and Pilates sessions.

Helping to support and align your body, this yoga block brings the floor closer to you. Sit on it, reach for it, use it in standing and balancing poses and also let it support you in reclined back-bends. 

Cork is a sustainable, renewable and natural material that provides strong support for yoga positions but is warm to the touch. It amazingly carries on absorbing CO₂ after harvesting, meaning you can breathe clearer during your relaxing yoga sessions.

We offer FREE standard delivery for all UK orders of £60 or over (*not including bulky items or alcohol).

There is a discount of £3 on Express Delivery costs for card-only orders. Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays will be despatched the next working day.

Please note that due to customs restrictions, we are unable to deliver alcohol to Northern Ireland addresses.

Returns and refunds
