This Illuminating Fluid Liquid Highlighter 01 is a versatile liquid highlighter used to create a unique glow: from subtle to intensely luminous. Shimmering pigments reflect the light to create a natural glow. Limited edition packaging design by jewellery designer; Saskia Diez.

Useage: Apply alone as a luminous base, as a Highlighter to the high points of the face or mix with Foundation for a radiant finish. Suitable for use on its own or in combination with a day cream or body lotion, the buildable Illuminating Fluid creates a unique glow.
