Dr. Hauschka Soothing Cleansing Milk removes dirt and make-up prior to cleansing with Cleansing Cream. For sensitive skin, Soothing Cleansing Milk can be used as a daily cleanser in the mornings and evenings to prepare the skin for a toner and day or night care.
Formulation: Anthyllis, jojoba and almond oil gently cleanse and maintain the skin’s naturally protective acid mantle. Each morning and evening, apply evenly to a damp face. Remove using water, a cosmetic sponge or a lukewarm cloth. To remove eye make-up, apply a little Soothing Cleansing Milk to a dampened cotton pad.
Usage: Wet face with warm water, apply evenly. Remove with a cosmetic sponge or a warm, damp cloth. To remove eye make-up, apply to a dampened cotton wool pad and use gentle sweeping movements from the inside to the outside corner of your closed eye.

Christmas 2017: We are extending our refund policy so that any item bought online during November and December 2017 can be returned in its original condition up until 19th January 2018.

As the parcel and its contents are your responsibility until delivered, we recommend you send the goods to us by registered post. Please note: we do not refund postage charges on returned goods for items that are not damaged or faulty.
Items can be returned to our store in Broadway, however any refund payments will not be processed through our shop tills and instead handed to our internet warehouse team. Refunds will then be processed via your original payment method on our website (if you return an item to our store over the weekend, the refund will be processed the next working day).
Please note: We can't offer refunds or exchanges on perishable goods such as food, underwear or earrings, unless faulty or not as described. This does not affect your statutory rights.
