Our stores have re-opened!

We’re pleased to announce that all our stores re-opened on Monday 15th June.

To ensure that we protect our customers and staff, there will be a few changes to shopping at Cotswold Trading and Rikki Tikki.

The stores will look and feel a little different but we want to reassure you that our staff are keen to welcome you through the doors and offer the unique and friendly shopping experience that you are used to.

Your safety and wellbeing is of paramount importance to us. Following government advice, we have assessed each store and made the following temporary trading amendments accordingly:

• A limited number of customers will be allowed in the store at any one time
• There will be a one-way system in each store, clearly marked with arrows
• To be considerate to others, please observe the 2 metre social distancing rule within the stores at all times
• Hand sanitizer will be dispensed to each customer upon entering the stores
• To protect customers and staff, we have installed screens at our till points. Some of our staff will choose to wear masks.
• We will be temporarily only accepting payments by card or smartphone. The contactless limit is £45.
