Set up in 2012 by its female founder Morgan Cros, Original Duckhead is an umbrella company with a difference. They believe that style and sustainbility do not need to be sacrified when embracing the great outdoors and reconnecting with nature. Original Duckhead uses innovative design technology to save millions of post-consumer plastic waste from the fate of landfills and seas. So far, they have recycled over 3 million post-consumer plastic bottles and their mission is to recycle over 10 million plastic bottles by 2030.
Original Duckhead's umbrellas are all handmade using established and traditional techniques brought up to date for the 21st century. Designed and built to last, longevity is top of mind and so the highest quality materials are used in their umbrellas' constuction.
