Following guidance from the UK government, we are limiting our numbers at work. Our website is still open and operating as normal. Our telephone lines on 01386 853331 are being answered Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, and we are concentrating on picking and packing your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. If you need to get in touch please call or email us with any queries, or reach us through our social media channels. Currently Royal Mail and DPD are not reporting any impact to their network, however some parcels may take a day or two longer to arrive than usual due to the increased number of items that are moving through the system.

We've taken the decision today to suspend our international delivery services due to the coronavirus outbreak as we want to be able to get the goods you've ordered to you as safely and securely as possible. This is proving increasingly difficult for our courier partners, due to the travel restrictions imposed by many countries, and with the health of drivers and sorting centre staff of paramount importance, we didn't want customers to be ordering goods that would either take too long to arrive or not arrive at all.
For UK customers, please do bear with us - although Royal Mail and DPD are currently reporting no impact to their network, some parcels may take a day or two longer to arrive than usual. Both couriers have stopped asking for signatures when delivering parcels to customers.
With Royal Mail, in cases where a parcel does not fit through a letterbox, they will leave the item at the door, and will step aside after knocking to ensure there is a safe distance while you retrieve your parcel. Items, however, will not be left outside if no one is home unless you have designated a 'safe place'. With DPD, drivers are no longer asking customers to sign handheld units and instead they will sign it on their behalf. DPD will record the consignee's name and a ‘Delivered on Authority’ message in the signature section of the unit.

If a customer selects an item containing alcohol as part of their online purchase, then a box within the checkout process must be ticked to confirm they are 18 or over. In addition, any package containing an alcoholic product will be shipped on a signed-for service which must be accepted at the point of delivery by a person aged 18 or over. Proof of ID may be requested upon delivery of that product or at the point of collection in store where we operate a Challenge 25 Policy.
Cotswold Trading reserves the right not to sell or deliver any age-restricted product to anyone who is, or appears to be, under the age of 18.
Alcoholic beverages are able to be delivered to UK addresses only. These products are excluded from all promotions and discounts, both in store or online.

We aim to despatch goods within 24 hours of receipt of order (except at weekends & bank holidays). Daily cut-off for orders is 2pm for EU countries and 10am for all other international countries.

Deliveries to non-EU countries will have VAT deducted. Please note that there may be local import duties to be paid on receipt of your goods that Cotswold Trading is not liable for. Delivery to Europe takes between 3-7 working days. Delivery to any other country takes between 4-15 working days.
