As of July 2020, all our usual delivery options within the UK and internationally are available to customers, including the 'collect in store' option from our store in Broadway, Worcestershire.
Please note that our courier partners are still operating within strict social distancing guidelines so this means that if you have chosen a standard delivery service, you may find that parcels take a couple of days longer than usual to arrive. We offer FREE** standard delivery for all UK orders of £50 or over (**not including fragile/bulky items or alcohol). There is a £2 discount on UK postage for all single greetings cards orders.

If a customer selects an item containing alcohol as part of their online purchase, then a box within the checkout process must be ticked to confirm they are 18 or over. In addition, any package containing an alcoholic product will be shipped on a signed-for service which must be accepted at the point of delivery by a person aged 18 or over. Proof of ID may be requested upon delivery of that product or at the point of collection in store where we operate a Challenge 25 Policy.
Cotswold Trading reserves the right not to sell or deliver any age-restricted product to anyone who is, or appears to be, under the age of 18.
Alcoholic beverages are able to be delivered to UK addresses only. These products are excluded from all promotions and discounts, both in store or online.

EU zone 2: (Austria, Italy, Spain, Cyprus, Malta, Portugal, Greece, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Eastern Europe) up to £30 £10.95, over £30 £17.95
Non-EU European countries (apologies but we can't deliver to Russia or Ukraine): up to £30 £10.95, over £30 £19.95

Canada, Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Peru: up to £30 £15.95, over £30 £27.95

Deliveries to non-EU countries will have VAT deducted. Please note that there may be local import duties to be paid on receipt of your goods that Cotswold Trading is not liable for. Delivery to Europe takes between 4-10 working days. Delivery to any other country takes between 4-15 working days.
Certain items, such as electrical goods, are not recommended for delivery outside of Europe. Please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org before you place your order if you have any questions regarding delivery.
