Based in Scotland’s historic capital, Shortbread House of Edinburgh is a family-run artisan bakery dedicated to the craft of traditional, handmade baking. Founded in 1989 by Anthony and Fiona Laing - drawing on generations of Laing family baking heritage—Shortbread House believes in "shortbread without shortcuts." Every biscuit is lovingly hand-cut using premium ingredients to achieve its signature rich flavour and crisp, melt-in-the-mouth texture.
