We are looking to recruit an outgoing, enthusiastic, unflappable sales adviser to join our friendly team in Broadway; to cover staff holidays and peak trading periods, such as school holidays and the run up to Christmas.

Your duties would involve helping and advising customers to ensure they receive the best possible service, housekeeping, maintaining shop floor presentation and restocking. 

Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred.

3 full days per week: Wednesday, Thursday & Saturday

We have an exciting opportunity for a sales-driven, hands-on retailer to help us maximise the potential of our Leamington Spa store.

You will be responsible for supporting the store manager in all aspects of the day to day management of the store, driving sales through first class customer service, whilst inspiring and developing your team to achieve company targets.

You will be expected to use your initiative to deliver results, manage your stock in order to maximise sales and profitability, whilst maintaining high standards of visual presentation.

You will act as an Ambassador for Cotswold Trading, working alongside your manager and your team, leading by example, promoting our values and behaviours and creating a culture that ensures our customer is at the heart of everything we do.

A really flexible approach to your working hours is crucial as you would also be required to help out with extra hours for holiday cover, bank holidays and during peak trading periods such as Christmas.

Previous experience in sales or customer service is essential.
