The Braided Rug Company UK origins
The Braided Rug Company's journey began with a passion for classic American settler braided rugs sourced from a family-run business with over a century of tradition. Inspired by these gorgeous traditional rugs, they developed their unique range of natural jute rugs in partnership with artisans in Bangladesh in 2011. The yarns are spun, dyed into a rainbow of colours, and then woven into braids. The artisans sew the rugs and other home accessories together and often sign their work. Then, the rugs and products are ready to adorn your home.
The Braided Rug Company is committed to fair trade practices and sustainable production, as demonstrated by its ECOTA accreditation and eco-friendly manufacturing processes.
