Made in small batches, with Amalfi lemons and a grain spirit, Blackfords Limoncello in 100ml size has a cleaner, sharper flavour than many. A lot of fresh lemon zest and spirit are married to sugar water to produce this luxurious liqueur.
Food is very much centre of family life at the home of Paul and Hilary Blackford and so Blackfords started in their Cotswold kitchen. Now somewhat scaled up, Hilary makes luxurious Limoncello as well as other terribly tasty treats. The Limoncello is a traditional and simple recipe where the best ingredients are simply allowed to sing out. Packaged in striking bottles and branded in colours synonymous with the original county flag.
