Bold, complex and aromatic, the Original London Dry Sly Gin from small-batch distillers Haven Distillery in Herefordshire is a 'big' flavour gin which matches well with tonic for your must-have G&T yet can be sipped slowly, neat over ice.
Aroma: Full rich spruce like juniper with deep complex herbal and spicy notes.
Taste: A smooth, classic juniper-led gin which gives way to complex herbal mid tones of lavender and bay seasoned with rosemary and sweet spice.
Aftertaste: A lingering herbal & citrus finish of lemon thyme and grapefruit.
