Product Care Instructions:

• Initial Shedding: Initial shedding is typical for new rugs. Vacuum using suction only to effectively reduce loose fibers.
• Pre-Wash Preparation: Before washing, clear excess debris with a quick vacuum or brush, and check the machine filter after use.
• Machine Washing: Place the rug inside a cotton pillowcase or wash bag. Select a quick cotton cycle at 30°C with a low spin speed. Avoid biological detergents and fabric conditioners.
• Drying & Maintenance: Line dry or lay flat to dry. Moving the rug occasionally while drying prevents bumps from forming. An optional short, cool tumble dry (up to 10 minutes) can help restore the pile on select products, but high heat should never be used.
• Backing & Floor Protection: Rugs should not be left on damp floors, nor exposed to steam cleaners or prolonged direct heat, as this can degrade the backing.
• Large Items: Very large rugs should be spot-cleaned or taken to a commercial launderette or professional cleaning service.
• Flooring Care: While these products are designed not to mark surfaces, interactions between flooring, sunlight, heat, or cleaning chemicals can occasionally cause discoloration beneath a covered area. Air the floor underneath frequently, and ensure both the rug and the floor are completely dry before laying the rug back down.

We offer FREE standard delivery for all UK orders of £60 or over (not including bulky items or alcohol).

There is a discount of £1.50 on Express Delivery costs for cards & gift bags-only orders. Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays will be despatched the next working day.

**Please note that due to customs restrictions, we are unable to deliver alcohol & bladed items to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man & Channel Island addresses.
